Welcome to Riviera Massage, operated by Shona Marrs, providing professional massage therapy services throughout the French Riviera, including in-home and yacht visits from Cannes to Monaco. By accessing and using Our Website, or by booking any services through this site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services Offered

Riviera Massage provides a range of massage therapy services including but not limited to:

Deep Tissue Muscle Sculpting
Swedish Massage
Thai Massage
Sports Massage
Acupressure & Shiatsu
Wou Tai
Passive Joint & Sensory Repatterning
Anti-Cellulite Body Sculpting and Draining

These services are offered by appointment at the English Osteopaths Clinic in Antibes and via mobile visits across the Côte d’Azur (home, hotel, or yacht).

Booking & Appointments

Appointments must be made in advance either via telephone, email, or through any booking forms provided on the Website. Riviera Massage reserves the right to refuse or reschedule an appointment under reasonable circumstances.

Client responsibilities include:

Providing accurate contact and location details.
Informing the therapist of any medical conditions or injuries before treatment.
Being present and prepared at the agreed time and place.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
No-shows may be charged the full service price.

In the event that Riviera Massage needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the earliest available alternative.

Payments

Payments for services must be made at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment solutions, depending on availability.

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change at any time. Clients will be informed of any price changes in advance of a confirmed booking.

Health & Safety

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. Riviera Massage does not diagnose medical conditions, and clients should consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any new bodywork or wellness treatment.

If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, skin infection, or any contagious condition, you must notify the therapist and reschedule your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or poses a risk to the safety and professionalism of the service.

Professional Boundaries

All treatments provided by Riviera Massage are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and may be reported to local authorities if necessary.

The therapist maintains the right to a safe, respectful working environment at all times.

Mobile Services

For in-home, hotel, or yacht visits, clients must ensure the environment is clean, safe, and suitable for massage therapy. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if the location is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Additional travel charges may apply depending on the distance and nature of the mobile appointment. Clients will be informed of such fees prior to confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logo, service descriptions, and blog articles, is the intellectual property of Riviera Massage or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and beneficial experience, Riviera Massage is not liable for:

Loss of personal belongings during appointments;
